Is my sample registered?
- If the kit has been successfully registered it will show in your dashboard showing the Status of ‘Registered’ (shown Below).
- You will also receive an email notification from MySoil@pns.ag stating the kit was Registered.

- Check your Junk or spam folders if you do not see an email in your normal Inbox.

- All the registered samples will be stored for repeat viewing and access here in your dashboard.
- If my sample is registered what is the current status of my sample? Check the status bar in your dashboard for a current status. The different statuses include:

- Received- confirmation the lab received the sample. You should expect results within 24-48 hours.
- Processing- you should be notified and have results within 24-48 hours.
- Completed- simply click on 'completed' to view your report.
