If you have not created an account, you will need to do so.
If you have not registered your sample, you will need to do so in order to receive test results and sample status.
If the kit has been successfully registered, it will show in your dashboard with the Status of: ‘Registered’ (shown below in blue).
You will also receive an email notification from MySoil@pns.ag stating the kit was registered
Check your Junk or spam folders if you do not see an email in your normal Inbox
If my sample is registered, how can I check current status of my sample? Check the status bar in your dashboard for a current status. The different statuses include:
Received- confirmation the lab received the sample. You should expect results within 24-48 hours.
Processing- you should be notified and have results within 24-48 hours.
Completed- simply click on 'completed' to view your report.
